A file that you download can have its own terms. These website terms do not give you a licence for the product or source code.

Allowed use

Do not misuse the site or proof. Do not try to get credentials or private data. Do not repeat a live test action. Do not disrupt the service. Do not claim that you created the evidence. Do not present it as proof of correctness, compliance, or a clean test from start to finish.

Pilots and services

A pilot or other service starts only after both parties sign a separate agreement. That agreement must cover scope, price, responsibilities, data, acceptance, liability, and termination. Contact or discussion does not require either party to provide or buy a service.

To the maximum extent that the law permits, we provide the site and public material “as is” and “as available”. We give no express or implied warranty.

Above Sea Level AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or reliance on the site or public material. This limit does not apply when the law does not allow the exclusion or limit.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. When the law permits it, Stockholm District Court has exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights, jurisdiction rules, and other statutory rights remain in force.
